2. Website operation and server logs
This prototype is a static website. A hosting provider will be needed for online operation. When a hosted website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, such as IP address, time, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser/operating-system information and status messages. The selected provider’s actual logging, legal basis, processing location and retention period will be specified here before publication, based on its contract and privacy information.
Complete before launch: host’s name and address, any data-processing agreement, processing location, specific log data, legal basis and retention period.
3. No analytics or advertising services
As currently implemented, the prototype contains no analytics or advertising trackers, embedded third-party content or contact form. It loads no external fonts or JavaScript libraries. Interactive features (navigation, layer and scenario selection, and printing) run in the browser. The prototype has no consent-management tool. This must be checked again after hosting is selected and before publication.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your sender address, message and information you provide to answer your request and any follow-up. Providing this information is voluntary; without necessary details we may not be able to respond. The contact mailbox is operated through Yahoo Mail; Yahoo may process data involved in sending and receiving email under its privacy policy. Messages are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require further storage.
5. External links
This website links to external information services, including EFFIS, GWIS, FAO and Yahoo. A connection to the relevant provider is made only when you follow a link. Its own privacy notice applies to its processing.
6. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
